Obituary for Eduardo Sagat Factor
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Eduardo Sagat Factor on May 31, 2017 at the age of 80 years. He is survived by his loving wife Corazon, children Eduardo Jr. (Genevieve), Exequiel (Christine), Emmanuel (Trish), Carolyn (Yuri) and Erick (Michelle), grandchildren, Taegan, Elijah, Danielle, Dylan, Deanna, Nathaniel, Isabella, Timothy, Allan, Mackenzie, Serafin and Joey, brothers Roger, Nrsisco, Constantino, Seraifin and Joey, sister Tess and many friends. Eduardo believed in family and community. He was the first of his family to come to Canada from the Philippines and helped his siblings start a new life in Canada almost 50 years ago. He spent many years as a member of the Lions Club and a 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus. Special thank you to St. Michaels Hospice nurses and staff. Visitation for family and friends will be held at Bell & Burnaby Funeral Chapel, 4276 Hastings Street, Burnaby, B.C. on Sunday, June 4, 2017 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, June 5, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. at Holy Cross Parish, 1450 Delta Avenue, Burnaby, B.C. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holy Cross Parish.
