Obituary for Alexa Nicole Moen
July 22, 1998-November 11, 2016
It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our brave, beautiful angel, Alexa. Surrounded by love, she slipped peacefully from this world on Remembrance Day. She is survived by her loving mother Gina Niccoli-Moen, father Ross Moen and stepfather Daryl Penner; sisters Rachel and Shae; little cousins Dexter, Vaughn and Dane; grandparents Tarcy and Angelina Niccoli, Shirley Moen, Karin Penner; aunties Anna-Maria (Don), Tina, Tara, Sheila (Barry), Trudy (Skip); uncles Jack, Randy (Nita), Perry, Mike (Corinna) and so many more family and friends. Alexa sits with the angels now and is reunited with her "best pal" Arlene and dear Uncle Frank. Special thanks to Drs. Blair and Thiessen and the Children's Hospital team. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Holy Cross Church, 1450 Delta Ave., Burnaby. Memorial donations may be made to BC Children's Hospital or North Shore Disability Resource Centre Foundation.
